We have appointed the legal firm Richard Buxton to review the original consent process and the three month review. The Council was sent this letter Wandsworth Council (out) 1.2.16 setting out our concerns and demanding an appropriate response to the overwhelming public objection to the screens.
This second letter was sent in early March to set out our objections to the application to discharge “Condition 1” of the consent: Objection to discharge of Condition 1.
